System Prerequisites

• 4 GHz CPU
• 8 GB RAM
• 20 GB disk space

Important: Memory consumption and allocated handles have increased compare to versions at 5.60 and below.

Note: In large configurations a dedicated machine should be used for the Sysload Management Server.

Compatibility

• Management Server v5.80 and above is not compatible with Agents v5.34 (real time Alerts are not operational).

Performance Prerequisites

• It is advised not to install the Management Server on the same machine as Sysload Portal. As a consequence this can lead to poor performance levels especially on large installations.

User Prerequisites

Active Directory Integration: To use the AD integration functionality, the "Sysload Management Server" Service must be launched with a user that has AD read-only rights (minimum requirement).
